Fees & Insurance

We have found the clients of our practice prefer an elite level of customized expertise, free of the restrictions imposed by in-network services. This also leaves the confidentiality of their treatment completely in our clients control. Insurance providers require a diagnosis and records of treatment in exchange for payment, which is often unideal for the lifestyle and professions of many clients.

In light if this, our office offers out-of-network provider services under most PPO Plans: The client provides payment at the time of the service, and may later submit to their insurance for reimbursement of a percentage of the session cost. 50-80% of session costs may be reimbursed by insurance providers, though insurance plans vary greatly. It is always advised to check with your provider before booking your session to clarify your plan and coverage.

Those interested in such reimbursement, can submit to their insurance with a "superbill" which lists your diagnosis and other necessary information. This superbill can be provided by our office weekly or monthly for you to submit to your insurance as needed.

Questions you may want to ask your insurance company:

  • Does my plan include mental health services?

  • What percentage of my bill will be covered for services by out-of-network providers?

  • How many sessions will be covered each calendar year?

  • What is the deductible for my plan?

  • Has my deductible been met?

If this policy and process works for you, feel free to schedule a free 30min consultation call to discuss your specific needs.
