Fulfillment Policy
Thank you for engaging Richard Oelberger, PhD, through RichardListens.com. This policy outlines the process for fulfillment of telehealth therapy sessions and associated payments.
Delivery of Services
- All services provided by Dr. Richard Oelberger are delivered through telehealth sessions via the Simple Practice platform (www.simplepractice.com), a secure and HIPAA-compliant telehealth solution.
- Therapy sessions are scheduled directly between clients and Dr. Oelberger and take place at the mutually agreed-upon date and time.
Payment Processing
- Payment information is obtained verbally from the client during or immediately following a completed telehealth session.
- Payments are securely processed through Stripe via the Simple Practice invoicing system.
- Clients receive confirmation and an electronic receipt via email following successful payment processing.
Refund and Cancellation Policy
- Due to the nature of telehealth services, payments for completed therapy sessions are considered final.
- Sessions may be rescheduled or canceled without charge if notice is provided at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled session.
- If a session is missed without sufficient prior notice (less than 24 hours), the client may be charged for the session at Dr. Oelberger’s discretion.
