Fees & Insurance when you work with Richard
In order to provide a wide range of customized services for the duration and frequency that suited to each individual, we provide the documentation necessary for clients to utilize their health insurance or employee benefit plan.
Clients provide payment at the time of the service, and may choose to later submit a request to their insurance for reimbursement of a percentage of the session cost. The percentage of reimbursement and coverage may vary from plan to plan.
This process makes it easy to work with Richard and may help to extend confidentiality and privacy to our clients and expand the opportunities for the service clients need. Each client also receives a unique online portal to book appointments, manage their payments and receive their “superbill”.
